The agave of at least 6 years of maturity, has been cooked in a masonry oven. Grinding has been carried out in a traditional mill, it has been fermented with yeasts typical of tequila and it has been distilled in discontinuous stills (double distillation).

A unique tequila of which only 2,400 bottles have been produced and it will not be produced again.
