Ingredientes / Ingredients:

  • 8cl de Ron Cañero Sherry finished / 8 cl of Cañero Sherry Finished Rum.
  • 4cl de zumo de naranja / 4cl of orange juice.
  • 4cl de zumo de lima / 4 cl of lime juice.
  • 4 cucharadas de azúcar / for small spoons of sugar.
  • 4cl de soda / 4 cl of soda.

En un vaso mezclador añadir 4 cucharadas de azúcar con 4cl de zumo de lima y remover con la cucharilla de barra hasta que quede disuelto. Colocar 2 piedras de hielo, verter 8cl de SUMMUM Reserva especial y remover. Añadir 4cl de zumo de naranja y mezclar. En un vaso Gibraltar colocar 2 trozos de naranja, 2 trozos de lima y 3 piedras de hielo. Colar y vaciar la mezcla, completar con soda y decorar con cuña de naranja.

In a shaker, add the 4 sugar spoons with the 4 cl of lime juice and shake until the sugar will be dissolved with the lime juice. Add 2 ice rocks, pour the 8 cl of cañero sherry finished and shake again. Finally add the 4 cl of orange juice and shake again. In a Gibraltar cup, add 2 slice of orange, 2 slice of lime and 3 ice rocks. Strain and pour the cocktail, add the soda and decorate with a slice of orange.
